Instructions for Setting Up Wongnai POS Staff:

1. Download the Wongnai POS Staff application on smartphones designated for staff or waiters.
2. Contact the Wongnai POS team at 02-821-5788 to request activation of the order-taking feature via smartphone.
3. Open Wongnai POS on an iPad, select the desired branch, then navigate to Menu > Settings > Staff Mobile to receive a QR code (if not received, refresh data on the PIN page and try again).
4. Launch the Wongnai POS Staff application and scan any QR code provided.
5. Enter the store user PIN to start receiving orders via smartphone.

How to Take Orders Using Wongnai POS Staff:

1. Select the table number to open it, check items, and place orders.
2. Select menu items and click 'View Order' to confirm, then press 'Send' to forward the order to the kitchen.
3. If customers request to check their order or ask for the bill, select their table number and click on the bill image, then press 'Request Bill' for immediate printing at the cashier.
